UFA tweak suggestion

I would suggest that players who have spent their whole career with one club, since being pulled from YS, and then subsequently signed by that club under UFA when they reach 27, should have their loyalty increased automatically on signing their UFA contract. This would prevent players having a -3 loyalty for the whole of their career and give clubs who commit to developing YS players a small bonus for that commitment as it would be easier for a club who committed to that player to re-sign him at the end of his next contract.

Anybody have any views on this suggestion?

You can still do this on your own. Just raise a player's loyalty by the time he gets to 27 yo.

Raising loyalty causes another player's loyalty to drop though.

I like the idea. A true bonus for those who commit to long term development.
