Hi,

Hoping you can help.

I hear different opinions about what the best training intensity is.

Some say it should be at 100% and you should build in 15% of rest for bench players.

Others say that you should put it at 85% and build no rest in. I believe their reasoning is that the 100% might bring better training results but will also cause more injuries.

Your thoughts?

Since time what i play HA i have 85% intensity ... i also tried 100% intensity, but then you have to have many more training modes - for players which are playing matches and different for players which are on the bench.... and this can brings you some troubles with the energy.. when you forget change the mode for the training.

this i am not sure ...it is really looong time ago i had 100% intensity... what i remember is i had problems with the energy of the players after the matches..

Basically your bench guys wont return to 100 energy if you set it at 100%. So they will train better for a few days until their energy drops, then they will train worse until you rest them or play them in a game to get their energy back to 100. Basically, you'll have to do a lot more micromanaging of your players energy for about the same results for just setting it at 85 and forgetting about it. Training intensity only impacts bench players.
