The test version of cheating punishments system was launched yesterday. This system
is based on a group of managers with special authorities. They are called
GM (Game Master). List of GM for specific country can be found on League,
Info screen. Two types of punishments can be given by GM now - cheating
fine and team suspension for cheating. List of all punishments is
displayed on Manager, Punishments screen. The list of punishments for
specific manager is available via Punishments link in the manager's screen.
Suspicion, that the trade is a cheating, is necessary to send from the list of
transfers (list of transfers for specific team or list of all transfers on Players,
Market screen) by clicking on button 
in specific transfer. Please, do not send suspicions of cheating
via HA mail or e-mail - those notices will probably be ignored.
Please, cooperate with all GM. I would like to thank to all present or
