We have launched national-team manager voting system. Each manager is eligible to candidate and only national votes are allowed for particular nation (based on IP address), i.e. a manager playing from a slovak IP address will be able to vote only for slovak national team manager. Each manager has one vote. Once voted, it cannot be changed to any other candidate.
