Promotion still not sure, in today's match I was missing three usable centers centers of five available - 2x low energy, 1x injured and missing one of two our best deffenders.. as the goalkeepers were excellent last matches, against France they sucked again.. we must win against Chile to be sure of promotion..
Also last matches, we were always missing someone and we dont have wide squad to replace them easily.. it is also impossible to play tactics with missing players..

Without our only injured goalkeeper who at least sometimes catches something, without our best deffender.. maybe excuses, maybe not.. you can do anything, but as your goalkeepers are like training cones, you can do your best and still lose it.. also sometimes I dont understand this game, as our best line with good chemistry doesnt work not even as counter tactic.. I am really disappointed..
I dont see promotion after today's match so much clearly..
I think we are on a good way for the future, I would like to continue in that if we dont promote.. but if your opinion will be different, I will totally understand that..
Last thing.. we are really missing at least one TOP center.. some of the rest are on the good way to be top.. but right now, we dont have any..

Sin nuestro único portero lesionado que al menos a veces atrapa algo, sin nuestro mejor defensor ... tal vez excusas, tal vez no ... puede hacer cualquier cosa, pero como sus porteros son como conos de entrenamiento, puede hacer lo mejor que pueda y aún así perderlo. También a veces no entiendo este juego, ya que nuestra mejor línea con buena química no funciona como una táctica contraria ... Estoy realmente decepcionado.
No veo la promoción después del partido de hoy con tanta claridad ..
Creo que estamos en un buen camino para el futuro, me gustaría continuar con eso si no promocionamos ... pero si su opinión será diferente, entenderé que ...
Lo último ... realmente nos falta al menos un centro SUPERIOR ... algunos de los demás están en el buen camino para ser superiores ... pero en este momento, no tenemos ninguno...

In my opinion your performance was good throughout the 2 season span. The team is what it is and the outcome has been good taking into account the its level. Sometimes this game is like that.. it is difficult to understand how a goalie can get a save percentage under 80 and in this last game both of them got 78%. Don't blame yourself, you know, sometimes sh...t happens.
I will definitely support you if you choose to opt for a reelection.

I decided to candidate again.. my plan is still keeping in the defined vision of the chemistry, young players and players with properly distributed attributes.. !
Players have better AI (with some managers I will still talk to about the attributes) and higher chemistry (it could be seen in some cases in the last matches) so I am aiming to one target.. promotion.. this world cup seemed promising.. I also dont resist some co-operation about the NT itself with anyone of you.. :)

Decidí postularme de nuevo ... mi plan aún se mantiene en la visión definida de la química, jugadores jóvenes y jugadores con atributos adecuadamente distribuidos ..
Los jugadores tienen mejor inteligencia artificial (con algunos gerentes todavía hablaré sobre los atributos) y química superior (podría verse en algunos casos en los últimos partidos), así que apunto a un objetivo ... promoción .. esta copa del mundo me pareció prometedora .. Tampoco me resisto a cooperar con NT sobre cualquiera de ustedes ... :)

Well.. some basic report..
two matches, two wins.. it seems good right now and I really hope, it will last at least next few matches..
in the first match, we could see kind of the working chemistry, unfortunately for the second match, we have had four injured players from the line-up and the fifth had lack of energy (this is also big problem for our team), so I played with completely different formations.. but in the end it worked, so I am glad for that.. also I am happy, that goalkeepers are doing their job perfectly..

well.. I am pissed about that loss too..
It could actually seem that it should be easy match, but they didnt have that bad team at all.., just look at the stats.. they also defeated Brazil and their another matches were really competitive.. But even if we won that game yesterday, we wouldnt promote as we had worse mutual matches with Brazil..
later today I will write resume about world cup and about the future..
So.. here is some resume for the previous world cup..
Well.. at first.. we didnt promoted.. I am really pissed off and highly disappointed.. you are probably disappointed too.. I understand, I get it..
As I said, I was gonna play with lines with chemistry and do there the "generation lines" (every U20 + year above them), which will end up together.. I saw in this tactic chance to be succesful with players we have.. and it seemed to be, it will be succesful, at least first 3 seasons.. but this season something happened, nobody knows what..
The chemistry stopped working, the generator of the matches began showing sometimes really ridicoulous results (including importance of the matches).. - both things started to be seen really often like from the 3rd/4th week of the season among more managers in all leagues.. so as in some results of spanish NT (in the similar time, as owner of this game started doing changes in the game - did he fucked up something in the generator? who knows, but as I said, strange stuff began at that time)..
I know it may sound as an excuse, and maybe it is kinda excuse, but I dont know, how to explain the first two matches of World Cup and then the rest (and we didnt play such differently in that matches!)..
And how about the teams we played against? There wasnt any favourite team and probably Portugal gave it up in the middle of the world cup.. another teams had better AI by the goalkeepers, probably better centers, wingers as our 3. - 6. winger and deffenders slightly worse (but not a lot) as ours..
As was written above.. Dominican republic wasnt that weak as it seemed, so as Colombia wasnt that strong as it seemed.. only Brazil had probably the best team.. now lets move to the players themselves..
goalkeepers: I dont think, there was our problem.. yeah, ofc they had much lower AI than every other team in our group.. but have some goalkeeper with that AI.. you know, you feel more safe.. - well, we have one goalkeeper with good AI, but he was so bad, that he wasnt able to catch a taxi, so he wasnt in the team..
deffenders: we have 3 - 4 kinda top deffenders right now, two of them have really luxurious strength and one is really productive offensive one.. another two were kinda average, but AI and experience on the level.. then there is problem, when some of them get injured.. - then we have probably one kinda good deffender and the rest is playing, because we dont have better ones, with better experience, AI and attributes..
wingers: we had two very luxurious wingers, one of those was elite, also we had another four really, really good wingers and one - so as two kinda good substitution.. right now we have like 6 of them.. this is the position, where we didnt have the problem..
centers: centers, centers, centers.. probably the biggest problem of the NT and Achilles heel among the all spanish players.. we didnt and not even have some elite one, which is one of the keys to the succesful team.. it is like in real ice-hockey.. you can have excellent wingers, but without proper center, they are only half strong, as they might be.. we had only one center with passing higher than 105.. what is really low for any team - he had 140, but not such good attack and strength and AI 400, so he wasnt so good.. but still he had to play..
On the other side, Minguez and Martinez are excellent deffensive centers (also the reason, we had great PKs) and Elcano is also promising deffensive one (in the case, he will not train mainly passing and some attack until the end of his days)..
Some conclusion? We have in every generation usable by AI like 15 - 20 players, then give away the players with experience (really important stat) lower than 150 (in the age 23,24), then give away players who dont have properly distributed attributes and you are glad, you have at least someone to every position in the formation..
This is really big problem and it begins in the age (17-20), as almost no-one trains players here (even they have stadium for that and the players) and these players are missing in the older age.. and any example?
I wrote that in the U20 topic, how many players of the next U20 generation are playing in their teams and how much..
If this will not get better, the promotion (and maybe stability in higher world cup) will be probably utopia and if not, it will be slight miracle with that players material..
Anyway, thanks everyone, who read it until here..
And last important information.. I am not gonna candidate for the coach position in the next world cup cycle as I am highly disappointed from the results and pissed off from this game in general..
