New training schedule information page is available if you click on this icon 
in the list of training schedules. You can see the real training percentages (as it is affected by intensity) in the free day and in the match day. Last is a statement about the total training difficulty - training can be light, medium or hard. Light and medium training has good impact on player's form.
Refined lines setup system, goalies, attacks and defenses setup in split into separate pages. A simple player replace in a line is possible - display the line detail and click on this icon 
. You can specify a priority in the line creation page.
I think the worst drawbacks of the new training and lines setup system are gone, a few minor changes will come in next week.
A player that is Idle (on the training page) does not get a training from the match.
Leagues with the highest groups (x.A, x.B and so on) will be filled with managers first.
