Bos dias, non sei se o voso LDR vos avisou, pero icko contactou os LDRs dos paises mais pequenos do hockeyarena coa intencion de xuntar varias ligas para facelas mais fortes.
En España e os paises hispano-falantes de America estase a debatir a posible union de varios paises. Gustarianos saber a vosa opinion o respecto.
Sabese con certeza que o foro dun novo pais sera unificado.

A ser verdade essa junção de paises iria implicar alguma alteração na nossa equipa?

Não me parece uma grande ideia.
Cada país tem a sua especificidade.
Se a maior parte de nós for para a liga Espanhola, por exemplo, não terá qualquer hipótese de lutar por nada...

Preocupem-se antes em DESCOMPLICAR o jogo, pequenas coisas, como não ter de perder 10 minutos a fazer a equipa para o próximo jogo, porque por cada posição tenho de dar 2 cliques...
Lembrem-se que nem toda a gente tem acesso a internet de alta velocidade...
Ou mandar 1 HOmail para os utilizadores a avisar que existem eleições a decorrer...
OU... ou ...


Podia dar tantas sugestões, que quando quiserem discutir isso de forma honesta e concreta, avisem.

I am gone send icko the reports this week, but he is something inactive.

I´ll talk in English so it´s easier for all of us to understand i believe.

I disagree in creating an "Iberian" league, mixing our league with Spanish League. We currently have 20 active users, 90% of them all in the Top division. If we join with another league i see 2 problems: deciding who stays in Top Division/II division/III division... and the current users in Top Division of both countries who have to go to a lower division will be unhappy and probably will leave the game, especially the Portugal users.

In our Portuguese League, i believe that the main motivation for a manager is to be in the Top Division and have the chance to fight for the 1st place or a place in the playoffs...if we send them to a lower division, i guess many will think about leaving the game...

In my opinion, the better option was to join with brazilian league for the following reasons: same language and low number of active users for both countries. But the diference on the time zone is huge, and it would be a problem to agree on a possible hour for the games to start.

So i guess it´s better to stay as it is... Icko should just worry about improving gameplay.

I agree 100% with PUM4.

Minor things should be improved to turn HO more friendly.
Rules should be rewritten (too confusing), bring local staff to countries, turn this game friendly to new users.
As is done, new users come here and never come back since it's very confusing.

It's your choice. In Spain they are in favor of the union because it would make the new league harder, so it will make it more interesting. I'll pass icko your decission this week.
