Every SUB in line is -20% points to line chemistry.

It's not in guide, you got to read old news, but I've saved you the trouble :) And yes it's something icko says too.

I think it's -25% for every injured player though. You don't have chemistry on the line with a single player when the other 4 are injured.

But who cares about chemistry anyway? Tactics aren't implemented in the match engine in any way, and every past World Champion for as long as I can remember played intuitive. Since international hockey is the closest to level playing field you will get over here I think that's a big indication you can simply ignore chemistry altogether right now.

25%, it's true. And I agree, intuition should be downgraded in comparison with the tactics. Now it's too strong.

I never got why intuitive exists. If you remove it from the game every line can be countered defensively and people actually have to track the movements of their opponent instead of just playing intuitive and ignoring the tactics of the opponent altogether.

Also, I wonder if intuitive actually benefits rich teams in the sense that they never have to bond a team. They can just constantly recycle players never having to worry about how it affects their lines and their team's performance for the next few weeks. I dunno, Just seems like the rich teams stay rich because they can constantly buy and sell players without ever having any "chemistry development" weeks/seasons. Might be over-analyzing it though, interesting discussion none the less.

Well, right now you can buy a player and play him 10 minutes after without any penalty, if you make chemistry (read: working tactics) important you can't pull that shit off without serious performance issues and you have to take time to build a line before you can use it safely in an important game. It certainly would make it harder to do the 'buy-and-sell-game'.

Yup thats what i was thinking too. It might entice people to buy 25yos and build chemistry rather than 31yos and not build chemistry.
