Could someone tell me which of the follow 2 training setups works better with regards to training results and injuries.

1. Set intensity to 100% and build in 15% of rest in the training schedule
2. Set intensity to 85% and build the training schedule to 100%

As I know, most of the managers are using the second option (including me). Btw I don't think it makes any sence to buy 17yo players with you training and regeneration facilities, those guys won't be training much until you got both to at least 100%, no matter how much ice-time you'll give them.

Training intensity is for bench player, for roster it's automatic. So if you set rest to training schedule, you'll be losing training, as you can't set match to 100%. So option 2.

I believe it's about energy consumption (for benched players), and in this case no difference if you got TA and RA at the same level. same as most managers I preffer to set intensity at 85%.
