Hello, my name is kaza242, and I'm logged in as a candidate for the Bulgarian U-20 coach position.
I have extensive experience in working with young players because of the team model is also in my main team, where players earn basic constituents place only after a thorough work in the youth level. I work with young hockey players for more than 10 seasons and this season is a time to bring up a number of U-20 national team players. И тук е момента да питам по-знаещите как да си тренирам талантите пълноценно? Например в ръководствата пише да не се тренира само една позиция, но в момента правя точно това. :) Иначе това са ми най-обещаващите (години/качество/потенциал/СИ):
