The last change in the formations can seem as a step backwards. Here is
the small explanation of this change. Very soon we are planning to launch
new inovated game calculation that will include new tactical
possibilities, such as:
1. Power plays and penalty killings - influenced by the aggression
settings for the team and match - for this possibility it will be
necessary to create 2 power play and 2 penalty killing lines.
2.Tactics set-up for the line - against each tactics there will be
counter-tactics - because of this function the way of ice time
distribution has been changed, it will be possible to set up automatic
substitution according the opponent. This will partially allow to
eliminate the oppenent's most powerful lines by choosen counter-tactics.
3. Formation teamwork - performance will be raised to those players who
will be playing in the same line together for a longer time - there won't
be need of calculating formation teamwork extra for defenders and
attackers. This is one of the reason why the 5 playres lines have been
made.
Regarding above changes we are planning partial or complete automatic
process of training level. This will bring easier using of all ice-times
distributions without risk of player's exhaustion in the next match.
So the main change of the formation is the simplification of game
controlling. This will lead into better and easier using of new tactical
possibilities.
