The difference is results in some of the recalculated matches (2008-01-25 matches) is caused by the fact that the first corrupted calculation was done over a wrong database - the database used was that created right after the previous calculation around 02:00 2008-01-25. The second fixed calculation was done over the correct database from 00:30 2008-01-26 so over a completely different game state, hence the different results.
