The community of Mexico trainers talked about the next coach. We will support any trainer that has an investment in his stadium specially YS, training area and regeneration area.
Another requirement is that manager have titular Mexican players in his team B.
We think that is the best commitment to the Mexican national team
I can add another requirement
Only full icetime players must be in u20 (players who plays in every season game)
I hope nobody takes it personal. In my mind, someone who values training facilities has more experience and interest in developing players vs someone who is just playing the market game. I may be wrong but that is what I have decided to go for.
Both are valid tactics, but we just feel we need to reward actual commitment to player development.

ye its true but this is hard for us...we need wining...to build stadium etc...
i must play with old players cause i need fans and money from sponsors ... after 2-3 seasons can change my strategy ...
But now how i can do this? :)
i can cooperate with youu....helping mexico to be better...but i cant train new players right now
i want stay in mexico and change it for main team...but now i need some money :)
i waste my time to make databese for yourself...a lot of managers dont answer but i still do it like this...:)

you make teams for your own players...but how you train this players? no offense but Maximiliano Noriega is tragic defender...he could be the best...but his stats is like some 350 AI player :)

And if we would like to get to top category all players should play max ice times ;) thats the only way for Mexico compete against the best

why Marco Machuca paly in first formation if u have better centers?
why is Julián Sevilla on center if he is the best of 3 wings in Mexico /put him in center with 2 strength?/

You guys are already set in top league. We locals have started to go to II Division already in order to keep training going.
You are already top 3 in daily income. Top 1 in AI. Top 3 in income from sold players. You are set economically. Yet your stadium training facilities are still at 15.
Honestly, how much more winning you need to start investing in training facilities?
my stadion is 70/70 right now...i can use it if i need...
my economy is good cause my tp/rp is down.
i bought old players...so i need wining games to take my money back.
whenever you build something...you need good managnemt......good strategy...you need wins and money...and next you can building new generetions.
.my youth school is on full, now i build marketing department on full...and on the end of this season...i waste all my money for tp/rp..

Fabian all you said is true, so. Nevertheless, if you want to become NT coach, you can nominate you in 3 seasons, when you have improved your installations according to you plan o you can work to increase your stadium and add Mexican players in your lineup.
P.s. We request invest in the stadium (NO ALL AREAS in 255%) and include Mexican Players (NO full lineup)

I just wanted to help Mexico be a better,to improve, to proceed...but I accept your decision...GL i do this my own way :)
Fabian, your approach is very valid and a great strategy. Definitely better than mine as you have been beating me in NC, league, playoffs.
I just want someone more committed and closer to player development than market and money.
This does not mean we won't vote for you (or anyone else) once we have cemented a solid base of NT players.
my strategy is simple like in my A team...going to top league and sellout.
But in Mexico is this way som complicated...cause dont have 2 miliadrs...
I need one more or two season in 1 league...buitld stadium near 120/120 and change strategy :)
ye...ofc i dont have mexican players righ now... but i have experience how to wining games with seniors :)
+ your scouting is only at 50. Would seem to make it difficult, unless A team is enough?
Btw, Kamyu, thoughts are with you. (More today?! :O ) Hoping for smoothest recovery (as possible) for y'all.
