What is recommended: to have equally developed training and regeneration areas or are there any benefits with having higher training area or vice versa?

In 10 days I'm on 235/225 and I'm thinking of either pushing my training area towards 250 and have my regen at 230, or is it recommended to have them both at 240, for example?
