my best crop in my B team's history. Ridiculous. These clowns will barely sell.

My youth school players are not even close to those, but I'm just started some weeks ago. Maybe there are upgrades or something for getting better ones...
I plan to open u23 team at some point, but for that I'll need over 20 players. I pulled one(he is terrible) to first team for assignment and now there are 4 boys in youth scool and one waiting pulling. There is also offer about some boost to 2 players per season- those should be probably best ones I pull to youth school. As I have 4 youth limit on YS I have to pull worse ones to my team? I can't fire them because then I can never have u23 team.
My players in YS are:
1) 17yo Qua=?58 Pot=?67 AI=?1 ((this is probably worst of them?)
2) 17yo Qua=?78 Pot=?76 AI=?35
3) 19yo Qua=88 Pot=?63 AI=?73
4) 17yo Qua=?76 Pot=?76 AI=?43
Probably they are all so bad that will never reach even to my first team, but how should I compare other 3 players, which is most important number?

The advantage of a U23 team is that it allows your younger players to get meaningful ice-time and gain experience. There's no ticket sales or profits to be made or fame and glory to earn. If you don't have the facilities yet to train younger players (training and regeneration) then it will be nothing but a drain on your expenses (you'll essentially be paying the salaries for 20+ players that you'll probably not ever use on your main team and who won't sell at a profit).

As a newer team you should focus on building up your facilities. I think youth school is probably the most important one to get to 100% because then if you're lucky when you pull (or draft) a player that's really good you'll be able to sell him right away for quick payday that could further fund building up your other facilities.

The vast majority of players in the youth school have between 60-65 quality which is completely garbage. Anything below 80 can be considered garbage. I think most managers now won't even consider players with quality under 90.

Its important to note that the numbers shown are just estimates. The actual quality, potential, and AI of players in your youthschool are not known (though players age 18 and 19 will show their actual quality).

You'll want to pull your 19yo player sometime before this season ends. I would say wait until the end of the season (as he'll gain more AI being pulled later in the season then he would on your team (at your current training / regeneration facilities). You can use some scouting attempts to try to figure out his actual potential. Click on the (1-106) under potential for that player. Try inputting 71 (that's -2 potential for a 19yo). If that is his potential then it will be marked with a bullseye. Other wise you get either 1-71 (indicating its less than -2 potential) or 71-106 (indicating its better than -2 potential). If its the later put in 82 (which is max potential for a 19yo) and it will reveal his actual potential 76 (-1) or 82 (max). If its the former you can try inputting 59 (-4 potential) to narrow down his potential further.

Nice!
