I have quite some young good players with -3 loyalty. I can only make 1 of them my franchise player. Ideally I boost all the others. But what impact will it have on the the loyalty of the other players. Is there a way I can see who will be impacted negatively or is it a gamble. I of course want to avoid to other good players go from -2 to -3.
As soon as you click the + it tells you what player will be negatively affected.
I noticed that the player needs to be in the A team to boost. So will it only select players from the A team that are negatively impacted, or also from the U23 team? If it only selects from the A team, should I move some bad U23 players to the A team in the hope that those players are negatively impacted and not my better players?
The other problem is that you can boost only one players' loyalty per season, so it's practically impossible to boost loyalty of all of your players.

That's not a problem. You shouldn't be allowed to boost the loyalty of all your players.
Of course it's a problem for him, because it was clear that he wants to boost all his players. So it's crucial for him to know that it's impossible.
Thanks for the help everyone!
I'm not looking to boost all my players, but I do have quite a few good prospects with -3 loyalty whom I would ideally like to boost.
So it looks like I can only boost 1 per season and only players who have played quite some games/min.
One thing I did not get an answer on is who might be negatively impacted. Is it only players in my A team? In order to minimise the chance of my good players to be impacted negatively, will it help to move some of my worst U23 players to the A team?
You need 20 matches and enough minutes of icetime. I believe its 300 minutes now. I am not sure. It has to be icetime in competition or playoffs. Playout doesn't count. Icetime in the U23 doesn't help because that icetime will be lost when you transfer a player to the mainteam.
You can sent a player to the U23 when you don't want him to loose loyality.
The ranking you can check yourself. Refused explaned it once on this forum. I saved his post:
Simply click on the Players page here:

and see the highest 'ranked' players to go down on top. The further down to bottom, the least possible he is going to drop.
If you have all players the same age it's no problem to do loyalty management that way. It gets a bit different when you have multiple ages, but if you have players aged 27 27 27 27 28 28 28 28 29 29 29 29, then always the highest ranked 27, 28 or 29yo player will drop (when played enough during league games and not already -3 loyalty).
