Hi everyone.
What do you guys think is the "sweet spot" in terms of training and recovery departmens? 150? 200?
I am referring to being economical efficient. Train players and then sell them.

from my point of view 150 isn't enough ... around 190 would be much better , 200 its really well.. 180 as minimum

I've struggled with this myself, since starting a U23 team. I settled on 220 when looking at the cost scaling. I also run my regen slightly lower, because I don't overplay my guys on friendly days.

It generally works out fine.

What I do is set my first line to get a lot less minutes on the weekend games.
Also, I have a 50% training/50% rest program in case any of them get down below 90 energy during the week.

So, say it's Friday and star player X is at 88% energy.
On Saturday he barely plays, and I set him to 50% training.
This gets him very close to - or back up to 100.

Now if you've got a U20 player you have to be a little more careful at managing energy during the Cup season.

It is well known that the training and regen facilities do not need to be of equal value in order to achieve mostly full recovery of the players.

But does the value of the regeneration facility also have an influence on the amount and length of injuries? I amonly talking about players of full energy, not about those with low energy values.
