What is the optimal setting for training intensity. Its be default by 85, but if i want to develop my talents at 100% intensity, what is the negetive impact on that?

And what are your experience with setting the training intensity?

Players that are playing set their own intensity. This number you are reffering to only applies to players who don't play and 85% is optimal if your Training Area and Regeneration Area are at the same level. If you go any higher than 85% the players start losing energy whitch leads to injuries.
