Are you sure? I have a jersey that gives Passing+15/Injury-1, by those rules the injury -1 part of the jersey would essentially be useless as it’s always activated so the +15 passing is applied.
Are you sure you have shirt with such a bonuses, I have not heard of such a shirt.

My 1st line centre is not training at the same level as my 1st line wingers or my U23 centre and I can't figure out why?
This is ongoing and if I use the last two games as an example:
Wilkins (centre) last two games trained at 76% and 74% with 34 mins and 30 mins of ice time. He is 99/max.
Benes (winger) last two games trained at 110% and 109% with 32 mins and 30 mins ice time. He is 100/max-1.
Cutlack (winger) last two games trained at 77% and 102% with 26 and 28 mins ice time. He is 94/max.
My U23 team center who is also 99/max trained at 104% and 97% in the last two games.
Does anyone know why Wilkins is training so low compared to my other players? I even have 3rd line players training better than Wilkins.

I came here now because I've realized that 12-4 it's 8 not 9, so I was ready to write about a bug..then I've your message, I've tried and you're right...as soon as you deactive the jersey and then re active immediately the injury decreased by 4 and it's now 4 (from 8). I don't like how it works...to me if jersey is active the injury should always be discounted...there was any way to know that and who know how many times I got player injured and I've thought: ok, it's x but actually it was x+4

did you notice if wilkins fully recoved? maybe 34 mins is too much and it has to recover more and so he trains less.

The only chance how to cope with that is to use things in the way they work, not in the way you think they should be working. All injury jerseys in this game (and the´ve been here for 5 years already, since 2020) have worked the same way. Activation = decrease of injury length, no protection for the player when he is already wearing the jersey.

I simply said that the way it works to me is not fine.
Icko, there is bug with penalty shooters list. It doesn't matter if you checked the checkbox or not, the game doesn't respect it. It will goes the list from the up to the down, if the players are in roster.

Well this random is such an a**ho*e, I always believed that player must play half of season games so You can stop droping and start lifting his form. Always I start when they play first two games, then third and fourth they aren't playing. And now Random will decide if my player will drop his form whenever Random decides. That's so anoying...
What was the training intensity and how high % was on rest in their training schedule?
I bet the problem lies there.

Training intensity was at 60. 8 players with form 100 weren't played, one lost his form. Now his at 95 -5. All have energy 100.
And there are many players with this issue. One member of our community few days ago left many players out of the game so their form will raise, nobodys firm changed that day.
If all had required games, same intensity and everyone didn't get 100 (+5) after sitting out - training intensity was too low. For players who still have potential there is minimum required load they have to reach in training for form improvement.
In my old notes I have written down that with 25% rest player's form didn't improve. So if 85% intensity is the optimal level for using all available energy, 60% is right on that 25% rest threshold.
