Not true. I can usually sell my doctors on first attempt, never takes longer than few days.

Just had a 11% doctor take a day of injury off a player..

They're a way for you to potentially heal your injured players. New doctors randomly come to work for your team or u can buy them. U then assign them to an injured player and they may or may not heal that player by 1 day. They can also be used to increase the max potential of a non-max potential player too, but this is far less successful.

yeah coming back to the game, these doctors are pretty worthless save for maybe in the playoffs if a key guy gets hurt, you might get ONE day removed from it.

Potential is where the value would be but between low rates and downtime, I can't see myself ever buying a doctor unless I get 10 billion again someday

I've healed my first goalie's injury (4 day in 5 attemps) on Monday. Doctors 30-50% ;)

You got lucky, I spent many doctors 30-60%, many of them worthless

I got lucky with the healing today:

Haven't tried potential this season. It worked in previous seasons. For injuries it works quite fine in my opinion. Just depends, how much money you want to invest in it.

For potential, to give an idea, last season I used well more than 100 (probably close to 130) attemps to finally raise the potential of a player.

So just don't bother then.
