I have a question about the facilities, I have training and regen at level 200 each. If I would put down those levels at 100 each (to gain some money daily) as my team is getting older and I’m not training young players for now.

How much time it will take to go back at level 200 ? And how much money it would cost ?

It takes 5 days to take it down and then it takes 1 day to get it back to 200 (you can check it yourself, it will show you how many days it will take before you confirm it). It doesn't cost any money to make these changes. It costs money only when you're building the facilities.

That's a smart thing to do if you have mostly older players. You'll have to wait a couple of days for it to go from 200 to 100 (I'm not completely sure, but I think it's 7 days) and then only 1 day to go from 100 back to 200. All this cost nothing as long as you are not upgrading the maximum level of your facilites, which is currently 200, so you can freely have whichever level of training or regeneration facilities from 0 to 200, you just have to wait few days for it to happen (like I said, downgrade takes few days, when upgrade takes only one day).

Is this the case then for all facilities, not only Training and Regen?

If You have old players who doesn't train anymore You can drop Training to 0 and left only regeneration to maybe 20,50 (You can see what's good for You), so thay can't lose energy.

22:00, 20.10. - Upgrade stadium capacity.

I didn't see this before. Is this a new thing in HA? I guess, HA tries to tell me to upgrade my stadium but if there is more information I would like to hear it.

If both prices in research department are same then it's definitely time to upgrade
