 Help planning for future seasons

Hey everyone! I seem to have reached a crossroads on how to plan for the future. I thought to ask the clever veteran HA players who have figured it out over many years would be better than to experiment for myself over many years.

I quickly made it to Czech league IV, where it seems it will not be so easy to advance anymore. I think I will need some kind of large scale plan for a team that involves raising my own players instead of just buying cheap veterans on the market. I plan on trying to win one more time with veterans this season and then fully commiting to the best long term plan.

As it would seem to me, the best long term plan would be to acquire enough youth players of extremely high quality and potential at the same time and then make the best use of training using a 200+ level training (and regeneration) facilities. To do that I would need to save a considerable amount of money to be able to afford these players all at the same time. Would this path (Option A) be the best going forward?

An alternative (Option B) would be to just play without trying to save so much money all at once. I would leverage my own youth players, set training facilities to some middle point (150/175?) and focus on raising my own youths slowly over time. This would include taking seasons on/off of going and not going for 1st in the draft (as I assume is most optimal) and trying to save as much money by mostly/only playing players I have raised myself along with high value players I bought cheaply on the market.

As a personal sidenote, I would love to have players for more than one season and get attached to them as opposed to a team full of only 1 year veterans every season. I also find the idea of playing seasons without any kind of competitive chances and just saving money to be quite boring, but maybe the end result is worth the wait.

I have a 98 Quality/88 Potential 16 year old youth with speed talent. I should send him to the intensive training twice, switch his talent to something else and then sell him by advertising on the correct forum, right? It does not seem worth it to raise him myself considering my low training facilities and lack of other youths to train alongside him. How much would he sell for? Thank you all so much for the advice. 😊

I don't know what are Your plans right now, I can tell You what option I used.
First I've upgraded my stadium to full, when it was I bought old players with small "paycheck" and start saving money, by droping training to 0 and regeneration to 20 so they won't lose energy. I left scouting dept. and YS to 100. Also I bought amount of Jerseys so I can help my players when they need it. When I gain app. 11 billions I bought few players, opened U23 team and start pushing ten players. You need to know, You can get max from 10 players +goalie, everyone else can't get enough training, enough exp. And good thing is, start with Youth when they're U20 generation, if they can get a flag, that will help them with their training.
Of course this is my story, it's not to be perfect for someone but so far I'm happy with what I've done.

If money is an issue, I would start by reducing my squad to 22 players. There is no need to pay more salaries. In case of emergency, you can pick up cheap players on the market. Then I would use the saved money to invest in facilities. More seats, better youth school etc.

U23 team can be used to train better players who can replace the veterans in the long run.

Please don't forget about the daily costs of TR/Reg. The way to 250/250 is Long and expesive.

I was going a few years with option A. My 17-years old Player went to U23 ans then to the mainteam, when they we're 24. I had to sold them as FA at the age of 27 to get Money for TR/Reg, which costs me about 900 mio more then at 100%. Whith players from 24 to 27 I was Not really able to be sucsessfull, but I didn't need a lot of time at the transfermarket.

Now I buy older Player, have No youthschool and TR/Reg at 100% = more Money, more success, more time at the transfermarket ;-)
