Arrange friendly games for extra income.
Do the assignements
Build your facilities
Good players? AI (averige index) is important but explore the market. The way a player is trained matters and on the market you can see how most managers do that.
When starting out you won't have the facilies required to train your own players yet you still want to be competitive in order to build up your fanclub and income. So its probably best to be active on the marketplace and aim to pick up veteran players, maybe on the decline, that you can find for cheap.

yes, once they've played more than half the league games, just remove them from lineup for a game and it will stop doing down. do it again, and it will start going up.

Rest your player from a tournament game, it might improve the form curve

I know its strange question, but Im using Lithuanian language in this game and somehow help section (when push question mark) always shown in slovak language. I tried to translate it and one sentence there was very interested about school players.

Thanks, now its clear. I just was thinking there is one more step to keep players in school (or in JP as u said) Its a little misunderstanding in translation
