I have two players 17y old,

Time on ice 31, 62 training next game time on ice 21 70 training both friendlies.

Time on ice 21, 73 training next game time on ice 30 73 training.

I thought time on ice was important for training how much difference is expected 10? 20?

My training facilities are 200, would they train 90 if I had my facilities on 250?
