This is a problem of the B teams.

The problem is we are still waiting for Hockeyarena 2025. I would go to a international competition.

And? B teams ruin the game because they just give advantage to manager. It weights even more when that is said by managers who have B teams and would be fine to lose their B teams if feature itself would be removed from game.

And what advantage is being gained by having a B team? You cannot bid on players from your A team.

Mostly scouting. You can scout your opponent players and future opponents from second team. Also, if you are NT coach, you can use B team to finance scouting or training players without need to sacrifise your A team resources. Also, there have been precedents when people transfer player from B team to A with help of middle person.

There are tons of easier ways to cheat on this game than using your b team for it.

However, I might agree with nobody having b teams. If I’m not wrong you will loose your b team if you don’t keep paying the sponsorship.

Sure, the Bees are gone if you quit sponsoring. But in all honesty, the value you get for the sponsor pack for your moneys is pretty decent. We all bitch and moan, but you and I have both been here for about 20 years. Something keeps bringing us back, and the Bees make it a little bit more fun.

I've been here for about 20 years as well. I am clearly against B-Teams, and think this function should be removed.

Well as a Brazilian manager I can say that B teams killed our league. I started to play back in the late 2000's (came back few months ago) and we had 3 divisions when the B teams swarmed the Brazilian managers started to vanish. Was the same thing with many other small leagues.

If I‘m not wrong, the reason for bringing B teams into the game, was to develop the game in small countries, making it more attractive to managers from these countries. What we hear here, is that the exact opposite has happened in Brazil (and probably other small countries as well) - strikes me as a very good reason to remove B teams from the game.

Business wise it’s good for HA to have b teams for sponsor managers. Managers with b teams on average spend more time on HA which means they will most likely keep paying for the yearly sponsorship subscription. Therefore I think b teams will stay.

B-Teams among other reasons are existing so that these "little" countries have enough youth players pulled in order to compete in the U20WC and WC tournaments.
Without B-Teams Brazil or the Domincan Republic wouldn't be in the World Cups let alone play in first division. A problem for "little" countries that are not open to B-Teams like Austria where a lot less youth players are beeing pulled each season.
For example South Korea with the least active managers of available countries for starting a B-Team has 44 active managers while Austria, which is not available for managing a B-Team, has only 22 active managers.
I have spoken to many managers in the last 20 years regarding joining HA and/or staying with HA and I get one consisting answer why managers leave HA pretty quickly again: The lack of competitive chances to play in a country like Austria, the small community and that it takes to long to be succesful because you might start high up in league 1 or 2 but the teams that have been there for years are so far ahead.
I think more teams in general would help that situation as it would create competition in lower leagues where teams are not as developed as in first and second league.

Without B-Teams Brazil or the Domincan Republic wouldn't be in the World Cups let alone play in first division.

I can't say for Dominican Republic, but B teams were terrible for the community in Brazil, as I mentioned before, we got flooded by B teams and foreigners that pushed away all the real brazilian managers. We used to have 3 divisions, all with Brazilian managers; today we have the same 3 divisions, but I am the only native manager here.

On the bright side our NT got some real improvements, of course, the possibility to pull a brazilian player in the youth school helped a lot in that subject.

My solution would be to delete b teams but add a 2nd u-23 team available. So it'd be like your nhl team, your ahl team, then your echl team. The 2nd u-23 team would be 70% overall and under, once a player goes over that they move up to your 1st u-23 team. This would cause these 90Q>, max-2> 70%> to become relevent as they'd have somewhere to play and develop into useful players. Would also prevent the whale countries from funneling money through their 2nd main team. I'd guess there are fewer than 20 teams in this entire game who are efficiently managing 4 teams currently anyway as it would be extremely time consuming.
