Both in my main team and in my B team I only got 1 intensive training facility in this season so far. I doubt there will be a 2nd today. But even if it does its too late. Can we please go back to just getting 2 at the start of a season?

Yes please... This current system is so confusing and complicated, without any need for it. At least give 2 at start of each season...
