Penalty shootout

There are some changes how the games will be decided in version 4.7. If the game is not decided in the regular time, there are three options what will happen next, based on the game type:

Draw will be the final result:
friendly games (non-playoff)

There will be one 20 minute long overtime and then the shootout will determine the final result:
Playoff and Playout league games
World Championship playoff
World League playoff
National Champions Cup playoff

There will be one 5 minute long overtime and then the shootout will determine the final result:
All the other game types

Shootout:
At the beginning of the shootout each team will make 3 attempts. If the winner is still not known the shootout will continue one by one until one team gets the upper hand. Manager can choose his own list of players and their execution style and aiming.

Shot is more effective against goalkeepers with a weak spot "blocker" or "glove".
Skills used by the shooter - offense, shooting, experience and energy
Deke is more effective against goalkeepers with a weak spot "low area" or without a weak spot.
Skills used by the shooter - offense, passing, experience, energy

Skills used by the goalkeepers - goalie, speed, experience, energy

You can choose the aiming only with the shot execution style. The best is to aim for a weak spot of the goalkeeper - if it is known.

Manager can choose at least 1 player and up to 15 players for a shootout. The same player can be used several times each time with different settings.

The level of aggressiveness will now affect the energy consumption of the players.
Low:
energy consumption: 100%
Medium:
energy consumption: 102%
High:
energy consumption: 105%
Hack&slash:
energy consumption: 111%

The default training schedule will now be 'Rest' instead the ineffective and confusing 'Idle'. You cannot create the 100% rest schedules anymore.

To get the precise value of quality in youth school you need to narrow down the interval to a 2 point gap, and 12 point for the potential (11 for 71 potentials).

The number of youth school scouting attempts with 100 scouting department has been lowered to 7 per week and 1 per week with 1 SD.

Fans will be much less likely to leave your fan club.

You can now write notes on all youth school players.

The promotion from the tournament groups of teams with the same amount of points, will be determined based on the mutual game and then the score.

Teams with cash less than -100 000 000 will have all their current facilities levels (except seats) set automaticaly to 0.

The "Rest" achievement has been corrected.
