Will be awarded to 2 players per week in MAIN leagues and 1 player in U23 leagues.
Requirements: Team captain/assistant captain, player with lower than maximum possible potential, and also his current potential 18% or higher, league games 30% from current maximum or higher, age 20+
Players will be randomly selected from the top 10 league players (eligible), ordered by the smallest AI per season of potential left.
Activation bonus: increase of player's potential by one season
When deactivated: decrease of player's potential by one season
