Cancelled U23 team (for lack of players or on manager's request) can be recreated after 30 days without the sponsor pack and after 2 days with the sponsor pack.
Player transfer to the U23 team or back to the MAIN team will be possible once every 14 days without the sponsor pack or once every 24 hours with the sponsor pack.
