In case of longer manager's absence (or in case of impossibility of taking
care of the team) it was necessary to create the system of automatic bids
to be able to keep own unprotected players.
In manager's settings it's possible to set the maximal salary that will be
offered automaticaly. If certain player is asking higher salary than the
limit, it's necessary to offer the bid manually. If you set 0 in this
field, the maximal salary is unlimited. Besides that the automatic system
is under all restrictions as a manual bid (team profit and owner's trust).
