New version of Hockey Arena is here, version 1.7, the following list of changes are now in effect, with more changes on the way in version 1.7.1 which will be launched shortly:
Specification of the league coefficents in the guide.
Reduced random factor affecting attendance in matches.
Maximum team debt is now changed to -30 000 000.
You can spend money down to -14 000 000 (changed from -15 000 000).
Change of the league structure
As already been announced, the league structure is going to change following the 8th season. You can calculate the approximate team seeding in the new league structure here. In the new system the league level is indicated by Roman numerals - so description IV.5 means 4th league, 5th
group. At every league level all league groups are equal - as far as coefficients are concerned. These coefficents have impact on various economic parameters in the game system and as well from viewpoint of chance to be promoted into higher
league. So teams on the same level should be allocated into groups evenly.
For better overview you can find in the window League, Standings team's position from the old league. This help will be displayed only for couple days and you can find it behind the team name in the brackets (e.g 10. in 2 means 10th position in the 2nd league).Bonuses from team's promotion will be following - 4% increase of fans (no matter how many leagues did the team move forward) and financial bonus from the sponsor will be received for each league level team will be
promoted. Star level of all teams will stay the same. This will apply both
to relegation and promotion and only after this season.
The age when player becomes unprotected is changed to 27 (from 26).
You will always pull 5 players from the youth school on 100% level.
