Ik ga me niet verkiesbaar stellen. Heb gewoon niet de tijd die nodig is om ons nationaal team hogerop te helpen. Zeker ook niet gezien de breedte van de selectie.

Ik ga me er dit keer niet druk over maken als een nieuwe BC geen Nederlander is.
In het verleden is het vaak zat geprobeerd met een nieuwe generatie te komen, maar praktijk is dat we domweg te weinig spelers hebben. Hadden we net als veel andere landen een aanvulling met B teams gehad, dan ja dan hadden we nog een kans. Maar toen waren we als land nog net te groot. Hoe dan ook ik verwacht niets van het NL team meer. En dat is jammer want als klein land hebben we best succes gekend.
@Tumeez you will be starting mission impossible. Communication is important you say, but if you check the players in the database you find out that there are not much Dutch players you can start with.
And a little warning, don't expect all managers to micromanage players to get the players the way you think is best. The time I would do that, is long past me. I wish you luck If you get voted NC.

I understand the situation. If I looked correctly Netherlands is the smallest community currently. Even Norway have double amount of active managers. It will definitely be huge challenge to me. I know also very well that I can't make every players looks like I want to, because it's always owner decision what kind of player his own team need. Every time with Finland NT there has been unexpected problems. The thing is how you react and solve these.
I like challenge myself too. If I can bring Netherlands NT closer to main WC, that's huge success too. Definitely huge task, but there is no reason to gave up already.
PS. I still remember Yannick Admiraal era and Klaas-Jan Vianen era ;)

Ik zou het misschien nog een keer willen proberen.
Als je nog leuk vindt zeker doen dan. Maar voel je niet verplicht. We kunnen toch niet veel bereiken met onze smalle basis van Nederlandse teams.
