Elections started
I would like to continue my work as U20 coach, so I've nominated myself again
As I've said before , I will continue trying to promote Srbija to WC Elite division again.
Last WC we were a bit unlucky, our roster was not a top one and our Group was strong.
On WC78 we will have the same situation but we have some time now to change it so lets do it together!

..yes..it gets harder because of Sweden I think.. :) it looks like I will continue woth Mexico too..so good luck :)

I will surely try my best to promote our team. But we must understand that every cycle this task is getting harder and harder.
All small HA countries have B-teams now and I wonder why icko didn't arrange it for Serbia...
Every season our opponents skill level is growing because of B-teams and our is reducing or staying at +/- same level.
In this situation the only way we can build a good team is to:
1) give max icetime to all talented Serbian U20 players
2) keep them at home clubs with high training bases
3) try to buy domestic players if you have money and roster space, not foreigners
If we will do it together we have a chance not to become HA-underdogs in nearest seasons at least.
If we will not do it - we will never promote back to Elite division and will have high chances to fall back to 2nd division once.
So, lets do our best in a right way!
