There are two new values in the Team, Scout window. Salary limit is the maximum salary the can be offered at the moment to unprotected player. It's based on the daily profit, team owner's confidence and daily income of the team. The total maximum for this value (if the team owner's confidence is 100% and the team's daily profit is high enough) is 1/6 of the daily income. This is the new salary limit for unprotected players that has been planned for longer time (To-do).
Daily income is the average daily income of the team.
The old salary limit (% of daily profit) will be valid for upcoming 10 days. That's because we want to give a chance for team to adapt to this new values.
