How important, for example in % is the different team spirit levels before a game. And how bad in % drop if you play ”low importance? Is there any speculations in numbers concerning this matter?

See your scouting page after page changing the importance. Watch the % go up and down. The difference between high and low is drastic.
With my U-23 I have +5 in team spirit but only 35 % motivation and its the top two teams in the league facing each other tonight. Seems strange
