Just in case you didn't catch it, you can now pull youths throughout the season without worrying about the AI hit you take as the season progresses. This is good because whenever I actually get lucky enough to find a good one it is usually in the middle of the season and I lose out on all that potential AI via training.

I pulled a 17 YO (69Q) yesterday with 80AI so I think it’s already in effect. I don’t know for sure though

Haha nah, I do it all the time with nothing players to free up room in my youth school. If I think that they will be really low quality I pull them right away.
Keep in mind while AI now scales, XP does not. So waiting until the new season at the moment could give your player a boost of up to 17 XP.

Also keep in mind that on beta I pulled some players mid season who had even higher AI than guys the same age who I had double boosted. So you can pull some really high AI players mid season now.
