So I'm trying to bring up something Spanish here, but the juniors are bad. And today in A-team, the Spanish 16-y, 92/94 will come to me 😭 Where did he come from in the Czech Republic?😁
I would like to take this opportunity to say goodbye and thank you for your support. I would evaluate 2 participations in the World Cup as an honor to lead Spain. In the strong competition, we played practically both tournaments to advance to the last round. I consider that a success. I will not be running now to rest and regain my strength and maybe in the future I would like to come back. I wish Spain a lot of success and hopefully it will also progress upwards. Me gustaría aprovechar esta oportunidad para despedirme y agradecerles su apoyo. Valoraría 2 participaciones en el Mundial como un honor para dirigir a España. En la fuerte competencia, jugamos prácticamente los dos torneos para avanzar a la última ronda. Lo considero un éxito. Soy "basualdo", y deseo ser el entrenador del equipo u20 de Espana.
Mi perfil es "nuevo" porque mi perfil anterior fue eliminado porque estuve inactivo por más de 30 días... originalmente me registré para este juego en 2004 con un equipo en Canada y despues con un equipo en Alemania. En total, tiene mas o menos 18 anos experiencia con Hockeyarena...

¡Hola a todos! He nominado a muchos jugadores para la selección sub20. Desafortunadamente, muchos de los mejores jugadores no tienen tiempo de juego, o solo un poco. Para que los jugadores se desarrollen, necesitan más tiempo de juego. También me pondré en contacto personalmente con los gerentes de los equipos con respecto a esto.

I will write this one in english, as some of the managers of the players in the u20 team are not from Spain.
A couple things are very important in the national team, especially with regards to the World Championships.
1.) For those players whose Selfcontrol is below 25, please skill this at least to this level. The fewer penalties we receive the better.
2.) Please try to increase and maintain a high form for players especially the closer we get to the World Cup. Increased form = increased performance. For the World cup I wish for all players forms to be +85 at a minimum, preferably 90+.

My apologies, I was not able to fulfill my goal. It was very difficult to achieve good results, as for a long time, only 4 players had a form of over 90. Many others had a very low form. Only towards the end of the tournament did the form start rising, which showed in better results.

I am applying for the post of coach of the U20 national team. It may seem that I am a novice, but the opposite is true. I've been playing HA since 2005, this is my new team, after about a year break when I lost the will to play. Now I have recovered that taste and I enjoy the game as such, except for some flies, which we all know about.
I was a U20 coach for a long time in a banana country. I have enough experience, know how to work with players and roster. After falling to a lower group, it needs to be done properly. My goal is definitely to be in main WC group. I will also work with young Spanish players in my own team after I will finish stadium - it is important to raise new players in a good way with good atributes!
I will be happy for each of your votes!
