News says 40% decrease of salary, but on the marketscreen it is 30%. What is it?
The news say:
"Activation bonus: current player's salary decreased by 40%
When deactivated: current player's salary increased by 40%"
When other jerseys are deactivated, the level returns to "normal" (the level which it would have had if the jersey would have never been activated or if the jersey had never been there).
For example: +10 speed when activating, -10 speed when deactivating, leaves you at the "normal" level.
With the other jerseys, it works like this, because they have fixed values of decrease and increase. However, as this jersey works with decrease and increase in %, the level would not return to "normal".
For example: Player's salary is 100, jersey is activated and the salary decreased by 40%, so now player's salary is 60. When the jersey is deactivated and the player's salary will be increased by 40%, the player's salary will only rise to 84 (60 x 1.4 = 84), so even after deactivating the jersey, the player would still benefit from a salary decrease of 16%.
I assume this is not attended and the idea is, that the salary level will return to "normal", when the jersey is deactivated. Right?

I think that the idea is that it'll return back to normal. Because otherwise you can activate and deactivate jersey every 15 days and player's salary will get lower and lower.
For example (like you already said), if a player has 500k salary, with -40% he'll have 300k, and after deactivation of jersey, if it'll increase for 40%, it'll be 420k. And if you'll activate jersey again, it'll drop to 252k, and after deactivation it'll be 352k. So in one season you can do that 4 times, and after 4th deactivation his salary will be 248k (without activated jersey).
How is that possible that two "Cash 2023" jerseys are already on jersey market, when teams were not able to get that jersey yet?
