I got 2 youngsters with good Q/P and very high passing abilities, but 0 attack and 0 defense.
What are your suggestions ? Should i do forwards or defenders from these players ?
Or is it only up to my needs within the team ?

Train them as centers. Add offense and strength to the passing and they'll produce lots of assists.

if its enough q/p you can also train a good defender. there is always a need of good defender with high passing skills

Depends on what you need. In general, centers have the most need for passing, but I personally like having 1 defender in my lineup with a great passing skill. For example, this guy

has been an over a point per game player for me, and he's got an impressive +/- too, despite having a lower defense skill. He's always been one of the top scoring defensemen in the league, this season he's the #2 despite having missed 8 games and having a relatively low AI.

But in the end, it's up to you :)
