Hi,
what do you think is the fastest way to maximize finances when starting totally fresh (in a nation where you could easily compete in league III early on).
Aiming for Bonuses with FAs, reducing expenses with youngsters, maximinzing stadium capacity and so on...
Goal would be to get rich (and therfore get competitive) as fast a possible ;)

I have a theory how to start, but I don't know how it'll work on long term, but I think on a short term it's probably the best way to start, if you want to be competitive right from the start. So my idea is that it's the best to decrease training and regeneration facilites to 0% and only increase other four, especially youth school and scouting department. Youth school and scouting department are not very expensive, but it'll increase your chances to get some good players from youth school with whom you'll be able to earn quite a lot of money, if you'll have some luck.
Then you should search on the market for the cheapest players that are good enough to be better than average players in your league. You also should check their salaries, not only price that you'll pay to get them, because it could cost quite a lot in a season if a player has too high daily salary. So you probably have to find at least 10 players like that + goalie. The other 5 players (your 3rd line) could be made of average players for your league. Most of that top players (10 + goalie), if you'll want that they will be cheap, will have minus potential, so they won't be useful for a very long time. But if their salaries won't be too high, and that your stadium facilites (especially training and regeneration) will be on 0, I think you will be able to make decent profit every season. But you'll probably have to buy new players every season, because like I said, if you'll want them to be cheap, they won't be useful for a long time, because they'll have minus potential.
So the point is that you decrease your expenses to minimum. The easiest way for this is to decrease training and regeneration facilites to 0 and to have players with lowest possible salaries, but still they have to be good enough for your league, if you want to be competitve, so you have to find balance. Also it's the best to have only 20 players, because in that way your whole salary expenses will be the lowest.
And on the other hand you should increase your revenues to maximum. There is not much to do with that, but there are few small details that can help with that. The first one is to play friendly matches. Find someone who plays in the highest possible league and check his previous home friendly matches to see how much he earned from tickets. You should look for teams that earn at least 10 millions on friendly matches. When you find that kind of teams, send them friendly match requests - important is that they will be home team. Ticket income will split into half, so out of 10 millions you'll get 5 millions. So if you play 3 friendly matches each week, it's 15 millions more income per week and approx. 150 millions per season. You should also be careful that you don't forget to determine tickets price for your home league matches. You should check in scouting department what's the price with which you'll get the maximum revenue from tickets and use it. And also you should send offers to weekly sponsors, with which you can earn from 5 to 15 millions more every week. And also, what I mentioned before, you should check your players in youth school and sell everyone that's good enough.
I think that's it. I hope I was helpful and that it'll work for you if you'll decide to play that way. Maybe some other managers know some better ways, because, like I said, I don't know how it'll work on long term, but I'm pretty sure this is the best way to be competitive from the start.😁

Decreasing expenses for salaries as far as possible to stay competitive is also very logical.
I think the whole strategy depends on picking great youth players. However if you start picking talents that you want to keep training and regeneration should be maximized, right? Otherwise you miss to much Return on Invest.
So in a nutshell first goal should be to level up infrastructure as soon as possible.
How can you achieve that sustainably without relying on the monster pick!?
Is it better to earn ranking bonuses in a lower league (with the help of 1-2 FA lines) or is it better to advance to higher leagues and get your stadium full as soon as possible?
Has anyone an idea about the sweetspots of the stadium size in certain leagues? Is the ticket price depending on the league level?

1. Sell whole team you get at start (even 10-30m for player makes you 300-500m)
2. Buy AI 350-400 with -potential (for few M)
3. Each day build TA RA YS and Scouting (you hve money from selling players)
4. Daytrading on UFA with +potential (these players play for you 70days and then sell them and buy new ones) of course try to buy cheap and sell with cca 50m earnings
5. As soon as you have YS and Scouting 90+ you will be 1st in draft, can sell this player pretty nice
6. Build TA RA from 100-150
7. Open u23
With these strategy my B team won NCHC in 365 days after starting

Thanks for your strategy. What do you mean by "m"? Thousanda not millions, right? I would not see a possibility to earn anything with the starting players (q70/q60) :)
He does realy means millions. He actually sold for more then 500M after his team was founded in the first week.
There are more then one good tactics to get rich real fast. Getting TA RA and YS sounds as a good advise. And you should become a daytrayer if you want to get rich fast.
Btw check some of the rich teams playing WL right now. You can learn a lot from their transfers...
