Anyone else having some difficulty with the substitution lineups?

I have one player listed as a substitute both as a winger and a center. He's currently active as a sub at center. I removed a winger from my lineup to address bad form. But, despite having 3 other players on the list for substitutes as wingers it went to an automatic lineup as if it couldn't reconcile the fact that a player was on two substitutes lists. Can't say I have seen that before but makes me concerned about what happens if an injury pops up later.

For now I worked around it by removing that one guy from the wingers substitute list and then everything started working again and a winger was put into place of the subs list. .
