it's demand/supply those jerseys used to go for around 150M, now the supply is getting much smaller so it's natural.
You're not 'really' getting money out of the game until you lower the cash cap.
Drop it to 7-8 billion, and teams over this keep their money but can't earn any more money from any sources until they fall under the cap.
You could do this progressively, maybe one billion every season or two.

..or salary cap/ cap hit, or a sharp increase in wages, for example >450-480 AI..or...

I'm definitely against the idea of deleting B-teams.
I am also against deleting B-teams but we should change it. Certainly when in a future HA version a international competition starts for the smaller countries. All B-teams should be moved to this a same kind of setup as we know it for the U23 competition.
B teams will not get dropped for the forseeable future, but the cash limit can definitely be lowered.
I've never had over $3B in cash at any given moment. So I will ask the question. For those that have had over $5B in cash, what was your strategy? Why didn't you either buy good players to compete, or young players to develop? Is there a legitimate reason anyone can think of for the cash cap being higher than $5B?

Rebuilding a team is a reason to have more. A good young player cost at least 500M. And sometimes much more. Even when you go only for 2 top lines a 2 top goalies you need more.

I have 8B. Not that I am planning a rebuild, at least not yet. I have no plan at this moment, other than waiting for 6.0 to arrive and see what happens from there. And don't think that I didn't buy good players, I did. My present team cost me 5B. Not to mention that there are also 10 players from Youth School. Though I am not a daytrader, i am using trade and I make profits with it. But mainly with the idea to improve my team.

Majority of players are 30-50 year old men who have played this game for years and don't have interest in playing it seriously each season. A lot of managers sell their roster, collect money for multiple seasons, maybe even reach max money. Then buy roster and play more actively for some seasons. Probably it could be reduced but I don't think this change would change game a lot. I would much likely to see more tactical improvements, so there are much more things what managers can do to try to compete with stronger teams reducing the importance of this money.

Not what I tried to say, that money I have is the result of being very active and there is a lot planning every season.

Nice, seems like u did a really good job with your teams over the years.
I have 8 billions, I'm planing to collect 10 billions then rebuild, maybe even start U23 team. With all cost of stadium full developed, buying great players, when you rebuild you don't get much money out of the game unless you sell developed players. I'm kind a manager who rebuild and paly with those guys without selling them. So I need few billions for daily cost.
If you thing that You can manege with few billons for that, be my guest, I think for my strategy that I need a bit more.
If you thing about salary cap, I think that the game goes in wrong direction 'cos players salary is higher every time, because of their exp. and stars.
I'm not a fan of decresing money limit, if so, why don't you decrease Sponsor pack costs, that's one way of removing money out of the game, the real money.

that's basically it for me. I'm not really interested in rebuilding my B team until this mystical 6.0 comes out.
So I expect that to be 2026.
