They should really improve the experience for new players.
The tutorial set of assignments etc. is fine, but I feel like they are losing a ton of people who may be interested in the game because there is no joy at the start.
I only got 3.1mil to start with... Since I joined during the playoff period, I missed the season end $ they give.
I think if they could increase the starting funds for a new team and maybe ease up a little bit on the stadium upgrade cost or increase limits for those under 75 T/R that would help.
I played for 9yrs... so I know what to expect etc. and am fine with slowly working my way up... but I think the new player experience needs to change a little to get people hooked on the game initially. Probably why you don't see too many new people sticking around. That and the economy is crazy broken for those who have been in the game longer. I really miss my 4billion from selling all my stars :)

ya this has been requested for a decade but there's no balance, policing, or development of the game whatsoever which dekes them into a corner with how much money they can give new accounts (since many are alt. accounts used to drive up sale prices). Imagine being one of the few legitimate players who does join the game, knowing you can't possibly compete with the rich teams, plus you get to look at a broken english outdated game instructions, and swastikas, and pro-putin messages all over the website (often while in your place of employment)...not suprising why they don't stick around.
