I plan to radically change my strategy: cut all cost of stadium, and only trade old good players 400-450 with -6 or -12 that are usually quite cheap compared to what I spent to have my own YS players during 10 seasons before losing them when turning UFA.

Draft player alone can cover YS costs if you scout draft. When I cared about my B team, it was usually 100-300M each season so im sure it can be done the same in Estonia.

Its all about decision making. I focused only on very good players who are now 90-99 overall players and will reach 550+ AI. In process I knew, I can't have too many -3 loyalty players. Only 1 player received loyalty boost, one player got priviliged status and 2 received shirts. Doing loyalty boost before 24 years helps a lot because you can send players between teams to 'select' which player will get -1 loyalty.

But to boost loyalty of U23, you need to have him play in the main team 20 games and 300 minutes.
Even a very gifted U23 will never be as good as a basic 27-29yo player of my main team. So you need to sacrifice the level of your main team to give ice time to youngsters and allow them to get loyalty boost.
And still those loyalty boost are quite expensive.
All in all, the costs of YS, training/ rest centers, loyalty boosts, come probably higher than just picking the good players of the other team who are not rich enough to keep their good UFA.
