I'm struggling quite a lot this season

My goalie is one of the highest AI of the league (Estonia II.2)
My players AI approx in the first half among the other teams.
My lines chemistry all above 90%
I outshout my opponents in most of my games (or are more or less on par with best teams).
I win more faceoffs than my opponents in almost every game.

I've tried different levels of aggressiveness, different shooting targets, different strategy for each lines, but the results are very bad this season : 16 pts in 22 games, -38 goal dffce.

Any suggestion what to do to improve the results ?

Well simply score more goals.

My guess is that your wingers need more shooting. How many of them have more then 200?
Compare your players on the market with simular players. And how many goals they have. The ones with many more goals then yours you can take as example for future training...

I guess you're overestimate my current league, there are probably very few players with over 200 in shooting ability. At best one per team.

But thanks for the advice, I acquired a couple of shooting specialists to see if that helps.

Make sure your centres at the very least have excellent passing. Personally I think Strength for centres is way overrated. My opinion of course.
