We decided to change a little bit the structure of new league system, so the
number of leagues on every level in the new system:
1. league - 1
2. league - 2
3. league - 4
4. league - 8
5. league - 16
6. league - 32
7. league - 64
8. league - 128
Additional information:
The team will get 4% increase of fanclub for every league level, he goes up.
The stars of players will stay on the same level in all teams, regarding to
change of league.
New position of the team is possible tu count in advance here.
