5% fee for unsold player. If a player on the market isn't sold, the selling team will pay an operating fee 5% of the minimum price. The fee won't be charged if the deadline on the market will expire during HA unavalability.
5% fee for sold player. The 5% operating fee will be paid by the seller. Own bought players will be affected too.
Both fees will be effective on all players for sale, which deadline is 3.12.2006 8:00 HA time and later. The manager will be notified about the fees during the sale.
