Kedves Menedzserek! A gazdasági reform második fejezetéhez érkeztünk, amely elsősorban a piaci díjakkal és profitokkal kapcsolatosak. A változások az alábbiakat érintik:
Lojalitás-bónusz (hűségbónusz)
Minden szezonban lehetőségetek lesz kiválasztani 2 játékost, akinek hűségbónuszt lehet fizetni. Ez a bónusz véglegesen meg fogja növelni a játékos hűségét. Ugyanakkor negatív hatása lehet ennek azokra a játékosokra, akik nem kapnak ilyen fizetéskiegészítést. A játékos-adatlap "szerződés" linkjén keresztül érhető el ez az opció. Minden esetben értesítést kapsz a várható pozitív és negatív hatásokról.
Piaci profit:
Mindenki meg tudja nézni a realizált profitot szezononkénti bontásban (Csapat/Info/Piaci profit linken). Ezek az összegek csak azokat a nyereségeket tartalmazzák, amelyek a 280 napnál rövidebb ideje vásárolt játékosok eladásából erednek.
Teljesen megváltoztattuk a piaci díjak filozófiáját, mostantól az eladások után csak az a csapat fizet piaci díjat, amelyik az adás-vételeivel profitot tud felmutatni, lásd a fenti bekezdést. A profit adatokat a rendszer rögzíti és ennek megfelelően növeli más csapattal kapcsolatos költségek mértékét, például a játékosok kutatási költsége vagy a lojalitás bónusz mértéke.
Eltöröltük a 70 napos korlátot a játékos eladásoknál, helyette bevezettünk egy 5-20 %-os levonást az eladási árból, ami attól függően csökken, hogy a játékost milyen hamar helyezi ismét piacra a megvásárlása után a tulajdonos menedzser(0-280 napig számítva). A 280. nap után 3%-os levonás történik minden esetben. Az éppen aktuális levonási százalék mértékét a piacra helyezés előtti megerősítésnél lehet megtudni. Ezek az értékek beleszámítanak a 'daytrader' számításba. Lásd az fenti bekezdésben.
Továbbá a egy játékos többszöri piacra helyezése a menedzser 'daytrader' státuszát erősíti, lásd feljebb.
Emelkedik a szabadúszók részesedése az aláírási bónuszból, ezután a tulajdonos a legjobb ajánlat 70%-át kapja (eddig 75% volt).

Dear managers, we are bringing you another part of the economic reform, which is focused on fees on the market and profit on the market from purchase and subsequent sale of players (daytrading), as well as other changes. In particular, the changes include:
Loyalty bonus
Each season, the manager will be able to pick 2 players from the main squad, to whom he will pay the so-called loyalty bonus. This bonus will permanently increase the player's loyalty, but on the other hand it can have negative influence on the loyalty of the other players, who did not receive the bonus. You can pay the bonus through the link Contract in the player's details. You will be informed in detail about the positive or negative influence before paying particular bonus.
Profits on the market
Each manager can view in detail his realized profits on the market per individual seasons via Team, Info, Profit on the market. These profits include only profits from players who were acquired by the team and then sold within 280 days from the purchase.
We have completely changed the philosophy of market fees; from now on the fees will be charged only to teams that show a profit on the market, see the paragraph above. The realized profits on the market will be closely recorded by the system, and accordingly they will increase some other team's costs, for example player scouting or the loyalty bonus.
We have cancelled the limitation of 70 days of player's sale following his purchase and instead we have introduced a fee from the final selling price from 5% to 20%, depending on how quickly the team sells the player after the purchase (5% – 20% when selling within 0 – 280 from the purchase, 3% when sold after 280 days). You will be informed in detail about the fees for particular player's sale before confirmation of his placement on the market. These fees will apply only to daytraders, see the paragraph above.
Also the fee for multiple placement of a player on the market will apply only to daytraders, see above.
We have limited the maximum possible motivational bonus per game and player to 3,000,000.
We have increased the advantage for the owner of a devoted unrestricted free agent; from now on he will have to match only 70% of the highest offer (it was 75%).

The statistics are recorded automatically throughout the whole season and contain detailed overview of the line per each game, as well as summaries for the entire season. Thank you!
