This change is related to leagues in which teams without managers don't get
new manager (new managers start in three lowest league levels in each country). Just
before playoff, the league points of teams without managers will
be set to zero and they will get to the bottom of league standings. This will
affect which teams will play playoffs and which will go down to lowest league.
